Does the weight allocated when adding paramedic equipment also cover the patient, or for support vehicles do you have to account for the patient separately?
For example the Swiftran, a medivac VTOL is detailed as a design example. It has room for 20 passengers in addition to the flight crew, ten said to be medics, and six sets of paramedic equipment.
Can it take on an addition 16 casualties, six badly wounded in stretchers with the paramedic equipment, and ten more lightly wounded in regular seats? Or only ten additional wounded without having to offload some medics to make room?
