Robinson clash with Alliance or Hegemony?
« on: 12 November 2017, 08:26:26 »
Doing a bit or work on the Sandoval family for Sarna and have come across what I suspect could errata or might just be funky word choice as there is no firm date stamp.

Handbook House Davion (p102) states that the fledgling government of Robinson clashed with mining concerns from the Terran Hegemony causing said government to collapse. David Sandoval stepped up to lead a new government.

Robinson was colonized in the first Exodus (2116 - 2242 ending with the Demarcation Declaration)

The Terran Hegemony was formed in 2317 and Simon Davion formed the Terran March around 2414, presumably with Robinson as its capital.

This leads me to three options.

A) Did the clash happen pre-2242 when the government was "fledgling" was a new colony and the corporations where actually Terran Alliance based.

B) Did Robinson suffer predations from Hegemony corporations some time between 2317 (after at least 75 years to sort out its government) and when it joined Crucis Pact/Federated Suns as we do not have a firm date it joined (possibly motivated by self protection on Sandovals part).

C) something completely different.

As cheeky bonus questions, any chance we have an actual year that Mr Sandoval stepped up to become Lord-Protector of Robinson and/or the year Robinson did join the FS.
