(Answered) Omnifighters carrying light vehicle bays

It appears that there is no specific prohibition against an aerofighter carrying a light vehicle transport bay (or if there is I have not yet found it).

My question is this: can this light vehicle bay be pod mounted on an omnifighter? Or would it have to be fixed equipment? I know cargo bays and infantry compartments can be pod mounted, so I'm kinda hoping that the same standard applies. On the other hand, it's a pretty big piece of equipment.

Good news is the lab boys say the symptoms of asbestos poisoning show an immediate latency of 44.6 years. So if you're thirty or over you're laughing. Worst case scenario you miss out on a few rounds of canasta, plus you've forwarded the cause of science by three centuries. I punch those numbers into my calculator, it makes a happy face.

TM p. 345 states NA for all types of vehicle bays on Fighters.
