hmm... I may perhaps move back and do the cockpits in blue. You're right that there is a lot of similar colors in there. Weathering is on hold though. I did a bit on the warhammers feet and other edges that would get some wear but I wasn't satisfied with the effect so I'm doing more tests before I continue. I don't have issue with the warning stripes though. I didn't want them to be as prevalent although they could probably use a touch of bright yellow to pull them back from the tan.

So I did updated the cockpits and boosted the yellow on the hazard stripes. This is the last update on these for a while... promise! :)

These look fantastic! Simple scheme but very well done!
I have some mechs painted in a very similar fashion, but with two tones of grey instead of tan and they are among my favourites.

Sometimes simple is the best!
