Title: New Beginner and GOAC box sets with both CBT and AS rules

Hello,

Was it a conscious decision to not include both CBT and AS rules in the Beginner and/or GOAC rule sets?
When AS released, it broadened the appeal of the BT IP into the wargamers who like true tabletop non-board miniature games with streamlined rules.
It seems a missed opportunity to release Beginner and GOAC rule sets designed to bring in new players and then restrict the appeal only to gamers who might like the crunchiness of CBT, rather than have Quick Start Rules for CBT and AS that would appeal to more players.
I also don't see how this would "dilute" or confuse new players. Clever titling and description of the 2 rule sets would reduce any perceived "confusion".

It was a conscious decision, and was made above the developer level.
