2012-02-15 Blitzkrieg: Operation ICESTORM, Part 1: The Frost Advances
Part 1: The Frost Advances
The second inaugural Blitzkrieg story!
Khan Connor Rood of the Ice Hellions knows his Clan is taking a desperate risk. Victory over the Jade Falcons will give the Hellions a place in the Inner Sphere, new worlds to conquer and exploit. It will place them among those rarified Clans who are not trapped in the distant Clan homeworlds. It is a bold plan. It could easily fail.

2012-08-01 Blitzkrieg: Operation ICESTORM, Part 1: The Winds of Spring
Part 2: The Winds of Spring
The conclusion to the two-part serial novel!
As Connor Rood and his Ice Hellions fight to survive in the Jade Falcon Occupation Zone, it seems more and more failures turn against them. Will they be able to escape?

Awesome story, can't wait for the second part. Mad props for giving the Hellions some good page time.
-
cool story, give me ice hellion stories all day long, it's really good to see them get some actual story time. also conor rood has pretty much become my favourite character alongside uncle chandy, he was simply awesome. too bad he doesn't stick with his kit fox, that only added to his bad assness
-
Very good story. While I'm not a fan of the Ice Hellions, the picture of Connor Rood was cool.
Can't hardly wait for part II.

I too! I liked this amazing piece, and I want to paint some mechs in white and blue now... I know, that hellions will lose, but on my shelf they will be in charge forever. O0
Time to go to IWM, for some clan mechs...
-
Excellent story! These are the type of Clan Warriors that I've wanted to read about for years and years, both Ice Hellion and Jade Falcon so far!
-
So... is this going to be a monthly serial?
-
I hope for Goliath Scorpion part too. :-[
Then it's will be most awesome saga of all the times from Thurston's books
-
Excellent story.
Enjoyable read.
Any ideas when part 2 is coming out?
-
Any clue as to when Part II is due out?
-
Part 2: The Winds of Spring is out.
-
64 pages (print) full of Battletech of its finest.
Today it's a good day!
-
It's out! Going to read this tonight.
-
I've only read a little, but I'm glad tosee that Khan Rood is pragmatist and realist. He knows his clan is going to get crushed and that is after just a few pages of Part 2
-
I really wish this was three part story, but perhaps we will get another two part Connor Rood story. He definitely left the door wide open.
-
I really enjoyed both parts of this story! And it was a good size story. I hope we get some more Connor Rood!
-
Will part 2 be Battlecorps only? :(
-
If past BC history is right, expect it 'for sale' about a week after BC release date.
-
This Blitzkrieg was great. I loved both parts of the Ice Hellion Incursion.
Hopefully we will see another Blitzkrieg stories in the future... O0
-
These stories are amazing, again it is really nice to see the Hellions getting the attention they deserve, but they are also well written and insanely entertaining.
Great work, the ICESTORM stories are easily my favourites of anything battlecorps has put out.
-
Definitely a good read O0
We need more stories like this!
-
Any word on when this will be available in BattleShop for those of us without a BC sub?
-
Just read it and I want to re-iterate that these are the types of Clansmen that I want to read about!
Great sequel to a fantastic story!
-
Is there going to be a continuation of this storyline at some point?
-
I really hope so!
-
i finally got around to reading this and it was amazing! i agree with E. Icaza, these characters were fantastic, we even got to see the human side of some clanners, which IMO has never been depicted as well as it was in this story. definitely hoping for more Rood in the future (which we know he has 8) )
