CGL Plastic minis missing parts
« on: 04 February 2022, 21:40:30 »
Apologies in advance if this has been brought up elsewhere, but I've never been good with the search function and getting accurate results.

I just bought the Heavy Battle Lance (squee!) And was a little crestfallen to find an open socket in the left forearm of the Axman.

Is there a process for rectifying this, like there is when an IWM metal mini is missing a piece?

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I'll jump in and echo this question. My Phoenix Hawk is sadly one-armed as well.

Try asking on the general forum, IWM doesn't have anything to do with the plastic minis.

Anyone know if a new post was made in general or elsewhere? Went looking and didn't see one.

It's been a hot minute since I've been on, but just wanted to say thanks to Speck for the suggestion to use the CGL customer service email.
I got responses almost within an hour of sending my email, and they replaced the entire mini for me.
That said, my impatience got the better of me, so I bought another Heavy Battle Lance a couple weeks later, and then that same day I decided to check the mail, and of course that was the day the replacement arrived, but hey, you can never have too many minis 😁
