Time to manufacture some false controversy.

CRX-0 Corax
DAR0-1 Dagger
S-HA-0 Shade

I'm tempted to vote for the Dagger just because it was left out.

(Or the Sulla, for the same reason. Light aerofighters go up to 45 tons.  :P)

Though in terms of honest capabilities, I would probably choose the Batu.
Good news is the lab boys say the symptoms of asbestos poisoning show an immediate latency of 44.6 years. So if you're thirty or over you're laughing. Worst case scenario you miss out on a few rounds of canasta, plus you've forwarded the cause of science by three centuries. I punch those numbers into my calculator, it makes a happy face.

I too am partial to the Batu.  I came because it was a Clantech fighter with DCA availability... I stayed for the flexibility given by the 9/14 thrust profile.  Fast enough and well armed enough to "go both ways".

The biased portion of me wants to say the Sternensturm with its really good thrust, heavy armor and decent payload, but the logical portion of me says that of that list, it would be the Batu...but overall, would likely be the Sulla, which is basically the Batu, but with a half ton of pod space given up for armor, and 3 tons for heat sinks, and an additional two tons of fuel...the Batu really lacks endurance due to only having 3 tons of fuel...

I suppose it would partially depend on how you view the omnifighter.

I tend to see them as glorious semi-blank canvases waiting to be filled in, so the fuel endurance and heat sinks of the sulla don't strike me as much of an inherent advantage. If I need fuel, I can add it. If I need extra heatsinks, I can configure for it. The Sulla forces me to take extra equipment that I might not even need.

I think the Batu is the best but my favorite is the Sternensturm.

I really like the art for the Sulla. Reminds me of a real world F-16. Plus I've had some good RPG/Fan fiction writing moments with it as a Clan pilot. So its my favorite.

I also just feel like its a good multi-function Light OmniFighter.

I have always liked the Batu Fighter. The Heaver Light fighter with good space for firepower and with a 7/11

The Sulla has always performed well and looked good doing it.
