Great start!  Can't wait to see them finsihed.  I need to pick up some Celestial OmniMechs, I really want to try my hand at that gradient paint scheme.   ^-^

Everyone of these Celestials is a custom job in varying degrees. For example, the PPC mount on the Malak is not the attached cast part. I wanted my units to look just like the illustrations and book specs in the TRO they were presented in. So from left to right on the photo is Archangel Dominus, Malak Invictus, and Archangel Comminus. The Comminus is a book perfect build b.t.w..

Why thank you insane kangaroo. You inspired me to build the Comminus with your 40th S.D. postings and I had the books TRO 3075 & Starterbook Wolf & Blake for references, both for looks and stats. I spent time looking at the illustrations for the Grigori Invictus for the MRMs and the Preta Dominus for the ECM. These are for my own army and I wanted them to look good. Incidentally I had a chance to play with these three in an Alpha Strike game and the Comminus rocked as a spearhead unit even after getting a point blank shot from an Osteon Prime. 10 pts of damage vs. 10 pts of armor, just don't let it hit you again. By the way, do you still have your Archangel Comminus? My friends got a chuckle watching me cutting the mounting plates off a pair of HPPCs with an X-acto saw and no vice, they thought I was a bit unhinged for doing it that way but they liked the results. Again thanks for the inspiration.
