2 questions. What am I missing from the sprue in the attachment? Anyone got directions for where all these smaller parts are supposed to go? I looked over the pieces in the fan funding thread, but some of them just aren't very obvious.

Those are the chest pieces. The go just above the waste in the alcove. They each represent a different variant. The little box gun is the AMS from certain variants and goes on the right shoulder. (Left if looking at the front of the mini. )

If you go to the following thread and look half way down page 5 for a post by B-3, it lists the pieces that go to each one.

See the original post, been there done that. still need to know what the missing bit is off the sprue and where some of those small bits go. I get that some of those items are medium lasers that go on the chest but I have 3 or 4 of them and they won't all go on the chest.

oh man! you mean the AMS is supposed to be the little cannon part?! :o
all this time i thought that was a mounting post. I was positioning it like
the SRM 6 on the Warhammer #P I thought the crossed squares were the projectile bays.

It answered a fair bit, just not what I'm missing from the sprue. Also it appears that there is a large plate for one configuration or several smaller ones. I seem to have a few smaller ones, but not the larger one on the 9M? Sight isn't my strongest sense so any help is appreciated.

The 9m plate has four laser ports. So i would guess that is your missing piece.

Good call. Found the missing piece after some green stuff and filing I have the thing together.
