Background - Clan Hell's Horses are the Clans' undisputed masters of artillery. This has been one of their key advantages as ammunition is much cheaper than new soldiers and the Horses have long maintained the largest quantity of both in the Homeworlds. As such they deploy the largest variety of platforms armed with such weapons. Clan Hell's Horses have regularly 'co-bid' themselves out to other clans whenever they needed a big stick in exchange for enclaves and other materiel.
The Tulwar, based on the Triumph tank carrier, is one the bigger sticks in their Touman mounting four cruise missile launchers each capable of turning a strongpoint into rubble and supporting Hell's Horses' armored or airborne units up to 75km away. The reinforced frame and heavy armor of the dropship protects it from return fire and sneak attacks although these vessels due to their expense regularly have at least a Binary of guard units nearby to intercept airborne (since they operate from decent runways these are often Aerospace interceptors like the Batu) and ground-bound threats. A Star of Elementals not only protect the dropship but are needed to reload the magazines when they run dry from the 800 ton cargo bay.
