Do Artemis IV and Apollo FCS on LRMs and MRMs (respectively) count as being part of their associated weapons for the purposes of halving their Crit Location Table space on Superheavy 'Mechs?

For example, LRM-15s take up 2 critical spaces on normal 'Mechs, which when divided by 2 and rounded up means 2 critical spaces on Superheavies.  Likewise for MRM-20s.  Does adding Artemis IV or Apollo increase the total Superheavy Crit Location slots a.) flatly by one [to 3] or b.) group together with its missile launcher [so that it stays at 4/2 = 2]?

Likewise, does the same apply to PPC Capacitors?

The reason I ask is because weapon attachments like these have always been listed separately on TROs, but always listed as attached to their weapons ("SRM 6 w/ Artemis IV") on Record Sheets.  It's never been an issue until weapon crit space needed to be divided by 2 as with Superheavies.
