Title: (Answered) Mixed Tech Penalties

I need the source for the skill-Penalties to use Mixed-Tech in the Game. I've searched the Forum as well as div. Search-Engines aka Goolge, Bing ..., but i didn't find anything.

Sry,
I thougth, i've read somthing like +1 for gunnery and/or piloting skill using Mixed-Tech Mechs. But i did not find the Source (Book) anyway.

Or aren't there any peanlties for the Skills using Mixed-Tech Mechs?

There is no such penalty that I'm aware of.  The only mix-tech-related penalties I know of have to do with maintenance, and are found in Strategic Operations.
