(Answered) The Sloth

I'm not sure if this is right place to put this, but I have a question about the Sloth as presented in TRO:3058U.
It is listed as having Standard armour, and is 270kg under-weight, but if it used Prototype armour it would only be 20kg under-weight. The other first-generation IS battle armour presented, the Infiltrator MK.I , uses  Prototype Stealth armour and the fluff for the Sloth indicates that they were introduced at the same time.

Does the Sloth have Prototype armour?

The Sloth uses standard armor. Remember that Battle Armor does not have to use all available tonnage. While a BattleMech lists "Tonnage" a BA lists "Maximum Weight."

A potential in universe explanation Sloth was begun before standard armor was available. Standard armor became available and put on the chassis originally designed for the heavier prototype armor.
