Zellbrigen rules?

Hey folks,
Where's the best place to find a good guide to Zellbrigen rules? I understand there are various levels, and various settings for ways in which Clans may choose to break Zellbrigen in response to what's happening on the battlefield. I'm interested in this in the context of Alpha Strike and Classic Battletech. I'm particularly interested in how it works in Clan vs Inner Sphere battles.
