So the Merc company I'm playing in a local campaign has a pair of Introductory level Drillsons, but we're playing post 3145 and I have the opportunity to do a Strategic Ops Class C refit (swap any weapons, or armor, can't add new electronics). And this is what I'm leaning towards, but I'm not sure what to do with the extra ton. Thoughts?

TAG, or a third ton of ammo.

TAG bonus and Artemis bonuses don't stack correct?

Correct. But TAG is most useful for guiding indirect fire where Artemis can't be used anyway.
Of course if you really want to get the most out of it change the launcher to 3xMML3 w/o AIV and used the saved weight for a 3rd ton of ammoand TAG. :)

CASE ; Perhaps a Light or XL engine to get more tonnage .

Those are Class E or F refits and in the campaign we're only allowed up to Class D refits right now.
