Title: Battleshop Issues

So I've been trying to order the Leviathans + 2 Expansions from Battleshop since the pre-release announcement was made.  The thing is I apparently do not remember my password and cannot log in.  I have requested a new password multiple times and, though I receive a message saying the request was successful, I never get the password.  They are not going to junk mail or being trapped by a spam filter, they're just not showing up.  I can't seem to find the customer service link, so I'm hoping this post might alert someone to my dilemma.

Thanks!  Hopefully I hear something soon.  I guess i could go get another e-mail address and start a new account, but I'd really prefer to have all my purchases/history in one account.
