eeeewwww, I hates it, eeewww
While I haven't crunched any numbers at all and I have forgotten half the rules as I haven't played in years.
- 1/2 is not a speed I want anything to travel at - except perhaps a mobile structure
- Big engines using combat vee rules are soooo inefficient, surely this could be done more efficiently with, say, 2x200T displacement hulls, or 4x100T
- Am I right in thinking there is nothing that protects 1 hex naval from breach rolls? So an LRT5 will sink this entire boat as easily as a 10T fishing scow.
- At this size and with these limitations I'm pretty sure a Naval Support Vessel would be able to do the job better. Sure you might have to use BAR5 armour but if it's going to sink to the first LRT that hits it does that really impact survivability?
Or am I missing something? Surely there are more efficient ways to get this much artillery around the water.
