And I might see what I can do for new images for Helena and Elizabeth Cameron since they've kind of role reveresed for this story.
But for now I should go ahead and post Helena's staff/protection detail.
Lieutenant Fletcher, Jacob Irons
Commander of Helena's tiny bodyguard detail, Royal Black Watch officer, loyal to Helena unto death. He is also insisting that the other support members of Helena’s detail take up bodyguard training to get the maximum effect of the tiny detail.
Dr. Caprice, Majery Thoms
Helena's personal physician, one of the best doctors in the 28th century, former chair of exotic medicine, Oxford University Terra. Was fortunately away from Terra at a conference on New Avalon at the start of the Amaris Crises.
Sgt. Dhaim, Muhammed
Reputed to be a man with no fear, this hardened veteran is absolutely devoted to the duty of protecting the First Lord. Devoted Muslim.
Corporal Smythe, Bertha
Her Majesty's valet since the Escape. Somewhat cunning and often spouting naive statements that don't match with her crafty actions unless you look at it crossways.
Corporal Anderson, Samantha
Pulled from a marine billet to supplement Helena’s protection detail Samantha is a wizard with a communications set, which often takes people by surprise. She’s a bit unsure of herself and if she can really live up to the responsibility placed upon her but earnestly tries her best no matter what.
Dayyan, Moshe L
Private Moshe Dayyan is an Elbar Survivor who managed to impress someone in the chain of command enough to get assigned to Helena's bodyguard detail. He will obey any order she gives him, without hesitation or consideration, and he's an outright gifted stealthy killer, with a good instinct for spotting physical dangers. Moshe is unassuming and often carries her Majesty's 'briefcase', and has a talent for fading into the background. (the joke being he could hide in a featureless white room). Dayyan is ethnically jewish, but non-practicing. What his life was before he was sent to Running Deer Mountain remains somewhat shrouded. [note: He was there on purpose-infiltrating as part of the Elbar Resistance] Moshe speaks multiple languages, including German, Hebrew, Vietnamese, French, Greek, and Latin.
Engineering 1st Class Jennings, Rachel Anne
Rachel Jennings came to Elbar with the 1st Coast Guard (Kowloon). Prior to that, she was a
Rockjack and member of the anti-Amaris resistance in the Kowloon system. She's a gifted technician almost without regard for
what you're fixing. She is also Kowloonese(Hatter subcolony in the system), making her one of the few crew that even the ship's AI has problems communicating with or understanding, though this doesn't extend to any technical problems that might come up. Rachel is a practicing "Ell-Dee-Ess" (a variant strain of Christian), though not a very good one. (she also lapses into buddhism, occasionally swears in hebrew, and has a collection of catholic religious iconography among the other elements of faiths she seems drawn to.)
Physically Rachel is more muscular than most women, having grown up in the Hatter Mining burrow on the mercury-like first planet in the Kowloon system. Notably, Rachel tends to pray whenever the ship is going to jump.
