Title: "modern" Clan tech standard double heat sinks who made and when?

which clan developed the clan grade double heat sink and when? ,or is this info lost to the sands of times even to the clans themselves in-universe.

or have you guys not yet decided on who did this?

As per Interstellar Operations p42, Clan Coyote prototyped Clan Double heat sinks circa 2825, with them going into standard production circa 2827. They entered Clan-wide production in 2829.
