How do you get 5 Support Weapons into that platoon?  There should be an even number with 2 per squad...

Combat medics are an exception to that rule. A medic replaces 1 support weapon in the platoon, not 1 support weapon per squad.

So... what range does the platoon use?  The primary weapons', or the secondarys'? By squad, three would have the range of the secondary weapons, while the one with the Medic would use the primary range.

As I recall it's if you have less than 2 support weapons per squad but looking at the platoon as a whole.

5 support weapons between 3 squads is less than 2 support weapons per squad in the platoon.

I takes a Burst value of at least 15 (and AP x BD 20 or more) to qualify for the Heavy Burst special.  The King David only has a Burst of 5.

Uh... Combat shotguns are more expensive than Auto-Rifles, AND do less damage (at less range, no less)...  The Micro-Grenades work, though...
