Being that you can do a 10/15/10 'mech with an XL engine, I'd be surprised a partial wing thing couldn't get to the magical 10 jump at something a bit slower... ;)

A normal spider can do it with armor sacrifice, but since these are not-Lams, you can use light engines/endo/ferro and IJJs to really go far.  The spider with wings that jumps 10 is a great machine.

As much I don't like how WizKids butchered the images of existing art of classic BattleMech (cartoonish, down right ugly in some cases) Spider always came out pretty well, I won't have call it actual Spider.  Spider II certainly, partial wings and all.
