Regarding the Shadow Cat III, the fluff suggests that the 'Mech is used by Clan Sea Fox.
Should they be added as one of the Dark Age factions the unit is available to?

EDIT: also, a small thing I noticed, if it matters: the new BattleMaster variants introduced in RecGuide 3 (EG: -6C, -6G, etc) appear to use a version of the art without any shadowing, while older classic variants that were up before the RecGuide came out (eg: -1G, -3S, etc) use the same art with shadowing.

Speaking of BattleMasters, the new BattleMaster C 3 is listed as available to Nova Cats, who are dead by the 'Mech's introduction date.
Unless the intent is that Nova Cat faction also represents those remnants who joined the Clan Protectorate? Or perhaps the Beemer's introduction date should be considerably earlier?

The image for the Bushwacker from Recognition Guide 2 has not been updated yet; can one of the MUL administrators please update it so that I can generate Alpha Strike cards with the gorgeous new artwork, please?

Thanky!

The Zeus ZEU-11S is showing a BV of 1957 on the MUL.  The Recognition Guide Volume 2 record sheet shows that it should be 2280.  Building it in MML also gets me to 2280.

Kansas City players, or people who are just passing through the area, come join us at the Geekery just off Shawnee Mission Parkway for BattleTech!  Current days are Tuesdays in the afternoon and evening.  I can't make every single week, but odds are pretty good that somebody will be there.

I'm sure the MUL team is working on Rec Guides 5 and 6.  I don't know if the moratorium period needs to pass before they post those two volumes.  Moratorium on Vol 5 has passed, but Vol 6 wont be out of the blackout period until October 9th.

The other volumes did indeed have a moratorium.

There is no moratorium.  It's purely a matter of I'm busy elsewhere.

There was briefly a motatorium when the first volume or two was released, and then the decision was made to not have one.  5 and 6 are not up because the work hasn't been done.

While not related to new stuff coming out. Any chance we can get prices on the MUL for Aerospace units (Fighters, Dropships, Jumpships etc.)?

I'm aware that the RATs are not hard canon, and are more game aids, but I also know it's been said they were good estimations for what an average force would typically look like.
Therefore: would units appearing on a faction's RAT table from a Field Manual justify including that unit in a factions availability list in the MUL?

A few examples from FM:3145 :
Wusun (Fed Suns pg234, Hell's Horses pg236, Jade Falcon pg236, Sea Fox pg237, Wolf pg237, Rasalhague pg238)

Night Wolf (Hell's Horses pg218, Jade Falcon pg218)

PROBLEM: The Prefect -3R currently has an introductory date of 3110, but the design carried a radical heat sink, which has an introductory date of 3122 (p.42, IntOps)

FIX: Move introductory date for the Prefect to 3122.

Wild question...

What would it take to get the Fidelis listed as a selectable Faction, and their units listed?

Dude...tell me where it is and I'll intercept it...drive it up to you, and go back home so you can work! LOL

Thanks nckestrel. Hopefully they get added, it would be nice to see them in there as well as a couple other units, but definitely the Fidelis.

Trojan class DropShip

Problem 1: This arguably shouldn't be a class unto its own given that Trojan basically means "up-gunned Danais", to the point where there are no hard stats for the Trojan. The stats given are merely those of a "typical" Trojan refit.

Problem 2: The introduction date is given in the MUL as 2720. That can't be right: The Trojan derives from the Danais, and the Danais has an intro date of 2728 according to the MUL (which seems to be correct; the fluff in Jihad Secrets p. 153 states it was designed in the late 2720s). It follows that the intro date for the Trojan must be after 2728.
(The record sheets for both vessels in Jihad Secrets p. 167, 168 state "Tech Base: Inner Sphere 2720")

Question regarding the Introductory date for the Nova (Black Hawk): http://masterunitlist.info/Unit/Details/342/black-hawk-nova-prime

The TRO gives it an introductory date of 2870, and states that it "...made its battlefield debut during the assault on Kindraa Smythe-Jewel on Foster."

The battle on Foster, however, occurred in 2872. Should its introductory date be moved forward by two years?

Thor II D has the “JMPS1” ability on it’s AS card and Thor II E does not. Pretty sure that’s mixed up :)

The same TRO page, in the overview, says it was produced in 2870.  Apparently it managed to go two years without being in a battle.

Yeah, that's the reason I brought it up. I was wondering if there had been any internal thought about changing its intro date to 2872, or if the consensus was that the Horses were hoarding them for two years. It's fine by me either way, but it is something that jumped out at me as being a bit unusual and worth bringing up.

http://www.masterunitlist.info/Unit/Details/1985/mad-cat-timber-wolf-prime

Mad Cat (Timberwolf) should be added to clan Hell's Horse in the Dark age Since according to Ilclan RG 5 they produce it on Weingarten( Taken when the Wolves relocated).

http://www.masterunitlist.info/Unit/Details/1473/hellhound-conjurer-standard

The vanilla Conjurer should be added to the Wolves in the Dark age since they produce it on Thermopolis. This  variant is specifically mentioned ("The Wolves Chose to focus on the original layout as well as...")
