Honestly Xin Sheng occuring without any political resistance is the most unrealistic thing about battletech. I can accept giant walking combat mechs being the msot effective military combatant, FTL travel, and all sorts of iother things, but the idea that a ruler can impliment MASSIVE and huge reforms to a state, and that everyone, EVERYONE will not only go along with them, but love him for them, that breaks suspension of disbelief.

Best explanation would probably be that Romano Liao was the previous ruler and anyone looks sane compared to her. Of course Romano's rulership for all the brutality it had saved the Confederation from collapsing. Though I also find it somewhat strange how Sun Tzu was able to basically reform the entire appartatus and nobody cared. For example Theodore breathed new life into the Black Dragon society with his reforms despite all their successes and Thomas Marik had to navigate a labyrinth of political actions just to try to get a stronger central state and military

You use your Mechs (units)??? ... I plan on hording them like some long in the tooth dragon!  (I really need to create some more shelf space in my office (office? oops I mean office turned into my kids lego-zone of pain ... I get it organized and neat looking, she comes in like a freakin' hurricane of legos and other toys).

I know I'm probably a fringe view here, but 90% of what I want from IKEO is how the Wolf Exiles and Maniline clan integrated togeather.  Plus Ideally a full paint scheme description of all the Star Leauge clans and units, but that's definitely asking too much.

Out of these I'm most nterested in Sara Regis, as I love the idea of a realm using Lyran trappings but without the idiocy of Lyran social general ship. The Hinterlands is the new Chaos March and it's awesome.

Kaff Doru as it's finally awesome to see Davion get humbled by the Concordat and put the band back together.  The Taurians had a giant crap sandwich handed to them since the Jihad and they need the Calderon Protectorate to finally get back lost territory and more production

Isolde Centrella. The brew between the Magistracy, Liao, the Marians, the Duchy of Andurien, and Marik is awesome. Will the alliance survive? Will the Hegemony defeat the quarter of the Magistracy's armed might sent on its way to conquer Alphard? Will the Duchy of Andurien  and Canopus merge into a new Great Sixth House?

The more interesting question will be who of those will survive the coming years considering we are hitting anew round of full fledged fighting. I can see the Caesar actually dying considering Alphard will be invaded. I would think the same of Vedet Brewer because he might be the best target for the Commonwealth to make an example of (a full fledged traitor) and maybe even Miraborg for follishly leading the Dominion into a war with the Combine.

I'm kinda crossing my fingers the ELH will be involved somehow it'd be fun to see them being one of the first units in the inner sphere to cross swords with a 3rd star league SLDF force

Manei domini saw themselves as the necessary evil, but it seems that as the Jihad went on at least some began to see themselves as the future of the humanity, although Corden's misjump likely predates such shift in philosophy.

Because PACs are only good for holding down BV, and aren't even very good at that. (I can't blame the designer, but the stock T isn't a very good mech for the cost)

I want more LRM ammo, but there isn't really a place to get it and keep the pieces of shiny new tech Ts are supposed to showcase.
