AK Interactive Real Colors Markers
« on: 21 June 2024, 19:26:26 »
AK Interactive is introducing a line of acrylic painting markers designed for small details, etc.  If they live up to what they've shown in this YouTube video I can see them becoming real popular for the BattleTech players  :smilie_happy_thumbup: Price is looking to be 1,95€ for individual markers and 5,85€ on three marker sets.

Tamiya produced a line of similar paint markers years ago, pitched for use with detailing Gundam kits. I have one - red, with a chisel marker tip. Years later it still comes up great; I use it to put tips on missiles, rather than detailing.

Will be interested to see how these come out. AK are a good line of other products.

Note that they're up for preorder at Michigan Toy Soldier Company at $3.99 for one marker and $11.99 for a set of three markers (you might need to search for 'markers' in order to find them on their website).

That's a pretty stiff markup... is shipping that much cheaper?
