GRF-9MCS: a backstabbing Griffin

Been playing around with 3070 IS tech lately, and this is what I came up with today.  Was thinking of how to improve on the basic idea of the Royal Griffin, which turned the Griffin into a bit of an SRM-heavy backstabber that can somewhat hold its own at long range.  This has similar capabilities, except it jumps 8 instead of 5.

sort of a bulkier PXH-7K (6/9/9, snub, c3s) with better crit seeking. generating a +4 tmm for 4 heat is a pretty good deal
