In the first (ginormous!) paragraph under Capabilities, change the first two instances of "2F" to "2X". (The author is starting with a description of the experimental prototype.)
Also in this same paragraph, change the following text: "It was more susceptible to damage from ballistic and missile weapons, and simulations showed it would provide additional protection for the Legionnaire against the many PPC variants now found on Combine 'Mechs but it was usually quickly reduced by multiple MRM and LRM volleys. The computers clearly showed the Legionnaire could reasonably be expected to win against most opponents of similar weight boasting energy weapons, but could be quickly destroyed by a lighter 'Mech carrying MRMs or even rockets." to "Though it provided additional protection against the many PPC variants now found in the DCMS, it suffered greatly from blunt-force strikes, such as those delivered by sword-wielding opponents. The sims clearly showed the Legionnaire could reasonably be expected to survive against most opponents of similar weight boasting energy weapons, but could be easily defeated by even a lighter 'Mech carrying melee weapons."
Break the first paragraph under Capabilities after the words "our nightmare scenario."
And, in the first line under Deployment, change: "The Legionnaire 2F can" to "The original Legionnaire 2D can"

PDF, page 206:
For the Mace, the previous class is listed as experimental, however, according to TO page 290 it should be advanced.

Suggested fix:
Change the "Exp" in row "Mace", column "Previous Class" to "Adv".

"Based on this experience, a field-expedient refit—nicknamed the Hauberk II—replaced the LRMs with dual Magshots taken from fallen Cavalier suits."

There are no variants of the Cavalier which use the Magshot. I presume the author of this entry was in fact thinking of the Infiltrator Mk. II, or "Puma".

Suggested correction: "taken from fallen Infiltrator Mk IIs" -or-  "taken from fallen "Puma" suits"

Not sure how to report this since I'm not sure which is in error.  There is a conflict with how the Extended LRMs are listed in various unit stat blocks.  The Apollo and Pandarus list that as "Extended LRM 15", while the Pendragon and Claymore list the shorter "ELRM 15".  Most units mounting them say "Extended LRM", so perhaps that's correct.

The decision to expand the infantry bay from three tons to four greatly increased demand for the Cavalry as a transport and infiltration VTOL
Every Cavalry capable of transporting infantry had a 4 tons bay already. There is no variant with 3 trons.

"Three tons of ammunition is a ton less than the prototype, but still plentiful, though it doesn’t allow the production model to take advantage of the wide selection of ammunition that the Long Tom is capable of delivering."  The unit is armed with a Long Tom Cannon, meaning that the gun can't fire anything other than standard artillery cannon rounds.

Its top speed was increased by over thirty kilometers per hour.

Hardly. Former production models had 8/12, the experimental mech 7/11 (14). So the speed decreased actually.

Suggestion: " Its top speed was decreased by over ten kilometers per hour." (or something similar)

Errata Coordinator: this is in reference to the XTR prototype, not the model in this TRO.  Even so, it is in error, and should read "Its top speed was increased by over twenty kilometers per hour."

Not sure if this counts - Incubus II jump is listed as 8* - it wasn't immediately clear whether this figure included the partial wing or not without checking the JJ allocation. Perhaps write as 8(10*)

As noted in the TRO Prototypes thread about the LEGIONNAIRE fluff "It was more susceptible to damage from ballistic and missile weapons" whereas the rule in TacOps (p 281) only say "damage from falls, physical attacks, and moving through building walls is doubled against locations protected by it." (that is, nothing about ballistic and missile weapon damage being increased against this armor type)

To decrease the unit’s cost, Ceres Metals used the smaller VOX 280 extralight engine. Originally used by StarCorps for their WHM-8D, with production switching to the slower WHM-5L model Ceres Metals was able to secure the engines at reduced cost.

The Warhammer WHM-8D don't use a 280 XL, but a 280 SFE. The WHM-4L on the other hand features this engine.

TRO: Prototypes, pdf, page 24:
Lexan Surveillance Helo: Deployment:
Arc-Royal Province is mentioned: "It is most frequently found in the Timbuktu Theater, Melissia Theater, Coventry Province and Arc-Royal Province."    Now, last I checked Arc-Royal was a Theater capital, not a province capital, with Arc-Royal being a part of Donegal Province (this was true at least on the Field Report map). While things might have changed in 3090, it looks like a mistake, so check it.

PDF, p.81 / Aithon vs. p. 206 / JIHAD TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT TABLE

The Aithon is marked as Clan (Advanced) despite of mounting Lamellor armor, which is experimental acc. to TacOps.
On the other hand, the Jihad Technology Advancements Table at p. 206 do not mention lamellor armor at all.

So either the Aithon should be marked as (experimental) or Lamellor Armor had to be included in the table at p. 206 as *Advanced*

TRO:Prototypes, pdf, page 98:
Spindrift, Overview:
The sentence "The laser reflective armor proved particularly disappointing, as it repeatedly failed to stop short range torpedoes and fared
worse against ballistic weaponry above water." is incorrect. Laser reflective works as normal armor against missiles and ballistic weapons, see Tactical Operations page 281.

Suggestion:
Remove the sentence, or rewrite it to something like this:
"The laser reflective armor proved particularly disappointing, as it repeatedly failed to stop damage from collisions with underwater rocks from flooding the side torsos."
(3 damage doubled is 6 damage which will strip the side torsos of the original prototype of its 6 points of reflective armor.)

"
We will be used to subdue the Capellan Confederation. We will be used to bring the Free Worlds League to heel. We will be used to
hunt bandits and support corrupt rulers and to reinforce the evils of the Inner Sphere that drove our ancestors from it so long ago."
-- Elias Crichell

Be the Loremaster:

Battletech transport rules take a very feline approach to moving troops in a combat zone: If they fits, they ships.
