This is the retooled and rearmed Peregrine VTOL.
New engine, new weapons, more armor, though same speed. Sure, it has to be fueled up every once in a while, but so what?

This is supposed to be a factory retool kit that never saw the light of day. Too many better VTOLs on the market, or at least had better reputations than the original.
