There's probably a better place to ask, but is there any chance we could get updated ASF articles eventually?  I was just looking up a couple, and realized that by and large they've been unchanged since this time twelve years ago

Kansas City players, or people who are just passing through the area, come join us at the Geekery just off Shawnee Mission Parkway for BattleTech!  Current days are Tuesdays in the afternoon and evening.  I can't make every single week, but odds are pretty good that somebody will be there.

If someone has both the expertise and will to do so, I'd love to see it. Sadly, I for one lack either (I do very little aerospace, and I'm content with a once-a-month-ish Mech article on my plate)

If I knew Aero better I'd volunteer (and then burn out the moment I did a 12 page article on a Vandal or something dumb like that).  As is... well, the perspective would definitely be different. ;D

Anyone mind if I hang my shingle on the Celerity? It's been a while since I've taken a crack at a MotW article and the complaints about eye bleeds were pretty minimal last time.

Got you added, let me know when you want to be on the schedule. I put myself as January 13 for the Kodiak (which spaces me two weeks apart each for my Thunder Hawk, Commando, and Kodiak articles), otherwise January is wide open for wherever people want to be. Also remember that if you schedule for a week and can't get it done in time for whatever reason, I have the Apollo on standby. (Which reminds me, I need to get back to Commando-testing!)

Any outstanding requests for anything?  I'd like to dip my toes back into this territory again although I'll be happy to jump into Vehicle of the Week, too.  It's been a long while.

Heyo.

First post of the thread, the last line in the quoted section is where I have requested articles that no one has a claim on. Looks like the Razorback is a good choice, if you're into Lyran lights (bonus, the Commando it seems to be superseding is coming up on the schedule for comparison!), but there's no shortage of stuff to gab about for sure.  O0

Your brain is coming apart at the seams too, huh? (I just spent ten minutes looking around my desk to find my phone, and had the brilliant idea of calling it to figure out where it was. Had I done so from my work desk phone and found it was in my pocket, that would have been embarrassing. No, I pulled my phone out of my pocket and dialed my own number before realizing why that wouldn't work. I think I need to be committed.)

I'll take the Razorback.  Thanks for the help, man.

EDIT: I can take the next open slot or get it ready for a December 30th double feature with the Commando.

Because i'm apparently the only who knows what Scotty has planned, i don't recommend making it for 30th. Indeed, i recommended Hellbie moves Commando to a bit earlier, a day or two. So that we get time to talk about the Commando.

I, ah, apparently missed that memo.

OK, rearranging again, yanking the Commando. I'll try again in February or something.

I would like to request the Vindicator.  According to the article directory (and verified with a search), there isn't an MotW post for it on this iteration of the forums.
