(Answered) Era Report 3052: Purchasing/Selling Units questions

It says in ER:3052 pg 111:

To purchase a BattleMech, look on the appropriate
reinforcement table for the player's force.

I assume that meant the Random Assignment Tables but that doesn't show a price in WP for the 'Mechs.
Should we use the Average Unit Costs Table to determine how much it is for a purchase?

Next Question:
With Aero fighters and conventional fighters I assume that any damage, selling, purchasing rules for them will fall within the vehicles portion of the charts in this book?

Last question:
There's no way to sell off infantry units or repair them?

After conferring with the Author and Ben Rome, Assistant Line Developer, the answers are:
1. Yes, the RATs for each faction in the book. Or, alternately, the ones in TW or any other product that meets the era requirements.
 
2. Rules for find the WP/SP cost of a unit are in Chaos Campaigns, yes. 
 
3. Yes, to his question about aircraft. Or, whatever the rules of CC say.
 
4. Not strictly according to the rules in 3052. It was deemed too complicated. Alternate rules *might* be found in Chaos Campaigns.
