On page 42's Extreme Depths Table, it applies modifiers to crush depths for every depth above a certain threshold. Should this be read (as I assume it is) for higher numbers (getting lower in the water) or higher depths (getting higher in the water)? The latter would be suggested by a literal interpretation of "1 for every depth higher than [X]..." but that makes the roll harder as you get higher in the water despite the fact that water pressure is lower.
