got all the other Milspec mechs in the 3060 unabridged ( that I checked anyway)
was it missed by mistake or not appropriate for that product ?
I was hoping to get an email from BattleShop advising to download a revised 3060 unabridged PDF with one additional page but doesn't sound like it will be.

It was not intended for RS 3060. The write-up was cut from TRO 3050U and the MilSpec was to avoid confusion with linked comments in TRO 3075. As Joel mentioned, the RS has yet to find a home.
