The rules say a part takes 10x the time and cost of a replacement.  Fine.  The issue is after the first successfulfabrication attempt, do subsequent fabrication attempts of the exact same part also cost 10x the standard cost as a replacement?

Another poster is asserting that subsequent attempts cost 1/2 the standard list price due to the line that says purchase price of fabricated parts is 1/2 list price and on the assumption the techs would have made molds and templates allowing them to produce that part regularly into the future at half price.
