I'm assuming that the 3 tons of Streak LRM includes a ton of ammo?

Yes.

Eeeexcellent. I rather like the Kitsune, actually, due to all that speed.

If you keep going 10, your pilot dies.

Assuming each Streak LRM tube is 400kg rather than 200 (following the doubled weight that the Streak SRMs have) and the same missile mass, the Kitsune could have a Streak LRM-6 with 16 rounds. More than enough, I think, for a streak system.
Playing with this, I'm somewhat undecided if the ERML should be put into a main gun or if the armor from that should just be placed into the torso and legs, with everything torso mounted.
I've tried putting them into actual stat blocks. How does this look?

Also, since I don't think 24 rounds is really needed for a streak LRM, I figured the Harbinger setup could be done with the base Kitsune 14 ton model.

I think you made a mistake with your Harbinger calculations. A 4 walking MP should give you 6 running MP, so the engine rating should be 60.

I think the main reasons you would want Streak LRMs on protos is for a harassing unit where I would want to stay at the edge of the battlefield at maximum range and speed, keeping my AMM as high as possible but not having to worry much about ammo (I get 11 to hit, they get 12 or higher to hit, that sort of thing). A 5/8/5, 7/11/7 or a LAM proto would be ideal for this.
The best launcher is probably the Streak LRM5, right at the sweet spot, as it has a very similar damage profile to an AC5. Larger Streak LRM launchers just aren't worth it, you might as well use plain vanilla LRMs

A bit of a necro, but I especially appreciate the Kitsune design. Totally not biased in any way. It's got long range, it's got speed, it's named after a mythical creature, and it's a quad!

I like it, I would start making more units.
