After (mostly) overcoming some serious PC issues, I managed to post this:
http://unconventionalwargaming.blogspot.com/2013/07/battletech-after-action-report-1_23.html
The text is highlighted bizarrely for me. No clue why. Blogger seems to lack a 'remove highlighting' option.
The rules used are a streamlined version of Battletech's TW rules. Criticals and armor are simplified/abstracted to remove a lot of the rolls compared to the basic game system. All miniatures are hand-sculpted.

No idea what the deal with the formatting was - odd highlighting and everything was very dim.
But, anyway - great stuff! Fun like scenario. I actually really love the post-jihad/early Republic era for these sorts of Blakist holdout scenarios

Sorry to report none of the photos work for me.
And One does have to highlight the text sections in order to read them.

I just fixed the text. Mostly. The highlighting is still there, but the contrast is improved. I think that a few other people had had the issue with pictures; as far as I can tell, Blogger was linking directly to my email; I properly uploaded the photos and (fingers crossed) it should work.

I can't find the follow button to follow you if you post more reports. Hopefully I'll get some new stuff to report on my blog as well. Either way good stuff. I love details.

What maps are those? They look like MegaMek maps, but I can't tell... customs or a set I just don't remember?

To be honest, I really don't know where they're from, but this is the original file:

I mounted it on a 20"x30" sheet of foamcore. I might do something similar on the reverse, with a different map.
