Koshi. When the MechWarriors of the Draconis Combine first saw this 'Mech, favored by Clan Smoke Jaguar, they called it "small death." Clan Smoke Jaguar, of course, called it something different, Mist Lynx. And, this fortnight, we feature miniatures of this light OmniMech from TRO 3050.
The Mist Lynx has only had two sculpts:- The original sculpt (http://www.camospecs.com/IWM/Details/46/koshi-mist-lynx) (20-613), released by Ral Partha in both metal and resin.
- The resculpt (http://www.camospecs.com/IWM/Details/832/koshi-mist-lynx-resculpt) (20-376) released by Iron Wind Metals.
IWM also sells parts for converting the resculpted mini into the B configuration.
MechWarrior: Dark Age brought us the Koshi BattleMech, a product of the Shark Foxes. Iron Wind Metals has released a mini for this 'Mech as well (20-5097). Camo Specs only has a single example (http://www.camospecs.com/Miniature/Details/7066).

anyone have both the old and the re-sculpt versions they can compare side by side? i have some of the old ones, and am curious as to how they'd scale compared to the new one.

Old sculpt and resculpt. Size isn't too far off from each other.

looks like it actually shrank a little.
i'm glad the size didn't change majorly. i don;t mind a little scale creep, but the old ral partha versions are getting hard to find, i'd rather not have to worry about "can i mix and match the sculpts without it looking bad" (something i'd have trouble with for say, my Warhawk/Masakari. where the resculpt is quite a bit bulkier)

My humble offering. Base needs a bit of finishing, but I'm very pleased with how the "Stone Lion" camo came out. Unfortunately, I painted this so long ago I forget how I did it. Doh!
