Title: Blank Battleforce and Strategic Battleforce record sheets

I apologize if this has been answered already but my search and google-fu have failed me thus far...  Are there blank Battleforce and Strategic Battleforce record sheets available anywhere?

currently i believe they are only found in Interstellar Operations: BattleForce. Alternatively, you can find the BF sheets in a first/second printing Strategic Operations and SBF in the first printing of Interstellar Operations
