Title: (Answered) Devlin Stone's Atlas "Phantom" Record Sheet

Is there a record sheet for Devlin Stone's Atlas II? If so, where might I find it? I recently decided to break out of my old school shell and branch out into the the newer eras of the game and I'd like to paint up the Stone's Lament unit and maybe include the big guy himself when appropriate.
