Campaign Operations p.167 Support Point Activity Cost Table has an asterisk on "SP Cost" indicating "Double all costs for all units with the Clan technology base, including ProtoMechs."
How does this apply to IS Omnis mounting Clan equipment since the IS omni has an IS tech base? Does a mixed tech base count as Clan for this note?
