It is! But they were Reaved on principle of being unclean before they could even elect a Khan. All that escaped are a bunch of techs and laborers to spread the word of the mighty Blinky and his home in the cooling ponds of Strana Mechty's primary reactor (which has been filled in with ferrocrete just to be sure that no progeny of the Strana Mechty Ascended Goldfish remain to prognosticate the end of the Clans via its mighty third eye.)
