This is more fluff then anything else, hence why I'm posting it here.
The Conventional Infa ntry Armor Table (cont.) (page 318 of TacOps) list several faction armor kits, some with dates such as Federated Suns/Commonwealth (3030+) and the Introduced (date) column matches the date in the kit name. I want to know if the dates in the Introduced (date) column for faction kits should be taken as the date that kit was first issued by the faction or the date actual production begun
