The table on page 11 of the RS 3145 (NTNU) PDF indicates that the Clans started producing PPC capacitors of their own in 3101. Does this mean that Clan PPC capacitors, while otherwise being identical to the IS version in every way, can be fitted to Clan ER PPCs as of 3101?
