While I know nothing at all about Battlezone, I think the best idea would be to look at two things. The first would be the types of units that they use and their roles, then translating that into Battletech equivalents (striker, artillery, troop transport and so on). The other thing would be to look at what era and faction you want to associate them with. Bearing in mind that at this point we basically have no Western Alliance/Terran Alliance designs at all; closest we can get is early Terran Hegemony.
