I wanted to showcase a custom map I ran a few months back using a custom mapsheet I hacked together, Heroscape hex tiles, and 3d printed buildings to represent the rarely mentioned
"Pleasure Dome" that shows up on occasion in Battletech lore.

This was the general layout. The Heroscape tiles bordering the inner city layer represent the actual dome itself, with multiple entrances in and out, including a port up top for dropships to go in and out.

Here is an up-close shot of the central intersection, with lots of carnage unfolding as both sides fight over control of objective points.

And here is a couple of perspective shots to get a sense of scale of the buildings. Those skyscraper rooftops got a lot of use! The game ended in a pyrrhic victory, for anyone curious. I absolutely want to reuse this setup in the future, it's a really killer urban map that gets a lot of up close and personal combat.
