TDR-5SE Introduction Year Error?

The recent story, The Hand that Feeds, shows the Eridani Thunderbolt mod being introduced in 3000. This is obviously based on the TRO3025 Battle History entry for it, which cites that year as well.

The MUL and Sarna list the intro year as 2910 but I can't find a source for that. Is the MUL wrong in this case?

All intro date questions should be posted to the MUL errata thread. We have the resources to investigate these kinds of things
