Initiative in 0.49.13

Trying out 49.13 and suddenly initiative is totally different and I can't find any setting for it.
Normally, teams alternate and winner goes last but when you go you can pick which ever of your mechs hasn't moved yet to move.
Suddenly it's fixing which mechs go when and I HATE it.
I found the Teams Roll Initiative box and the tooltip says something about units moving according to their individual rolls, but the behavior is identical in the game whether I have that checked or not. It seems to make no difference. Is there another box somewhere? I couldn't find anything in the tab for initiative rules.

Sounds like Individual Initiative is on.

I love Individual Initiative, FWIW, so I have no idea how to turn it off.

Ah. I´ve always turned on the rule in the MekHQ campaign options, which appears to automatically enable it in the MegaMek options.
