Hello folks.

Looking to see if folks may be interested in an AToW game a ~6 PM Eastern, Fridays, starting in September.

Elevator pitch: You have been hired by Interstellar Expeditions to help prop up the defense of a small, newly re-discovered planet that's been hiding in plain sight since the Second Succession War.  Really, it was only found because a group of anthropologists from the University of Lyceum heading out towards the Elysian Fields misjumped while in Rasalhague Dominion territory.  While recharging, the scientists decided had picked up on some strange signals and went exploring one of the planets, only to discover a civilization that has not only survived, but seemingly thrived... and also flew way under the radar of the Combine, then the Wolves, then the Rasalhague Dominion.

But this planet can't stay hidden for long.  It's a good thing things are a bit distracting for the major powers in the region, so now it's just keeping the bandit mice from playing while the big cat states are away.

Essentially, I want the players to become the equivalent of Able's Aces, or Larsen's Loners, or Nelson's Longbows.  A merc company that ends up as the de facto military.  You guys will be the only ones with mechs arriving on planet, so the culture may suddenly start changing...

Feel free to reply with questions you may have if you're interested!

+1 for using AToW!  Sorry I can't commit to a synchronous game, but if you need any help with character generation, just let me know! :)

Hey Jazz,

I would be up for playing in your game... sounds really interesting.

The only problem I might run into is the day you play on... Fridays is generally a gaming night for me already... so if you can move the day, I look forward to it.

Thanks for the interest.  We can discuss things about timing in a bit.  For now I'm still recovering from surgery, so it's going to be a bit longer before I can get started.
