Load it in MM. It automatically calculates C-Bill cost.

With no guarantee that I'm 100% perfect at calculating C-bill costs(unlike the rest of my perfection):

Mosquito = 4,143,716 C-Bills

King Karnov = 49,089,625 C-Bills

Planetlifter = 343,833 C-bills

I calculated them when my group was doing a Chaos campaign, and needed the costs to calculate SP costs for those units.
