MFUK had a few original designs visually based on part on existing omnis (which makes them super easy to bash :) )

Sorry to go that direction, I just always found the aesthetic choices of a few early DA mechs questionable. I always liked the uniformed look the original 3050 omnis and thought MFKU simple approach of mixing and matching parts to make new omnis ingenues. I see the Wotan, I recognize it's simply the Storm Crow with Timber Wolf's limbs but I also see a window of what could have been.

ahh yes.  actually for the pic i used a summoner arm heavily modified, Storm Crow Body and Mad Dog Legs.

I've heard of them a LOT, and even wanted to build them but didn't know what they included or how they looked. Now I have a project in mind.

Agreed! The MFUK mix-and-match idea was clever, and had a LOT of potential. But to me the clicky-tech DA mechs are all just ridiculously toyish caricatures of Battletech mechs.

Yes with MFUK  variantes you've got a lot of potential and with few pounds you can create also a lot of standard 3050 omni configurations,but the only drawback is that they are badly out os scale if compared with  and new 3050 omni sculpts.
Nice to see them back anyway very cool.

I imagine that with a little creativity you might be able to adapt the oversized newer Omni sculpts the same way the originals were used.
