Overview:
"Who made this Vulcan!?" - CEO of Volvo Heavy Industries
A 40 ton Omnimech based on the Vulcan Battlemech, it's overall cockpit layout
was kept the same for twelve tons of pod space and twelve standard heastinks.
this machine was intended for the niche of anti-infantry and anti-vehicular
roles for example. Along side a Configuration mapped for recon, it is not
intended to fight other mechs. Though based on an existing design, it can
detter enemy mechs with some of its heavier weapons.
Relatively cheap,Rugged and Easy to Maintain. the Vulcan mark II offers
versitility against Vehicles and Infantry as well as the option of configuring
it to fight other mechs if the need arises. Though albeit with its single
heatsinks limiting it's capabilties over time in combat. It is still a Easy to
Pilot Design.
Variants:
Prime:The Prime is more closer in Spirit to it's base design the Vulcan. The
Prime comes with a Light autocannon 2 with one ton of standard ammunition and
one ton of armour piercing ammuntion protected by a CASE-I. Along side that are
a Pair of ER medium lasers and a ER small laser to detter Mechs from coming
after it. Finally to Round out it's direct fire package it has a single machine
gun with half a ton of ammo. All slewed through a Two ton Targeting Compute.

Alpha:This Configuration comes with twin Light PPC's in one of it's arms,
backed up by a Small pulse Laser and ER Small Laser. To find vunerable holes in
the enemy vehicle or mechs armor, a Artermis four capable SRM-4 pack is
installed with one ton of CASE protect Artemis Four capable Ammuntion. Overall
a Decent loadout for this Mech. BV2:1,005
Bravo:A Simple yet effective loadout, the Bavo comes with a Light autocannon 5
and a ER large laser in tandem with a Er Small laser. CASE mark 1 acts to
protect the single ton of standard ammunition for it's light autocannon.BV2:996
Charlie:Designed and Mapped out as a close ranged Recon unit. Equipped with
five Jump Jets, the Charlie comes with twin Medium Pulse Lasers and Twin Small
Pulse Lasers with a ER small laser as backup.It comes with Defensive equipment
in the form of Guardian ECM Suite and Begal Active Probe.BV2:1,002
Delta:Primarally designed and mapped out as a Anti-Mech Unit. it comes with a
simple yet effective loadout of twin large lasers for mid to long range combat.
to close in for the kill, it comes with twin Meidum lasers. BV2:1,053

Vulcan III:A simple redesign of the Vulcan II, it Swaps out it's 200 Standard
Engine for a 240 Light fusion Engine and it's Single heat sinks for Double Heat
sinks. Drastically improving it's top speed and allowing it to carry heavier
weapons for it's weight.
